Serotonin is transformed into a sleep hormone called Melatonin by the Pineal Gland in the brain. Sufficient production of Serotonin and hence Melatonin which is released at night, will enhance a more restful and deeper sleep.

I’ve been prescribed medication by my Doctor, can I still take SleepEase? SleepEase, with it’s safe natural herbal formulation, has been designed not to cause any problems with any type of medication that you may have been prescribed. There have been no cases of SleepEase giving anything other than tremendous benefits, however if you feel in any in doubt or experience any negative side effects, please stop taking SleepEase immediately and take this literature to your Doctor, and ask them for their opinion. 

How many tablets of SleepEase should I take?We recommend that you take 2 tablets with a full glass of water, about one hour before bedtime, or as directed by a healthcare professional. 

How many tablets of SleepEase are in each bottle?Each bottle of SleepEase contains 60 tablets, which is designed so that for the usual dosage of two tablets per day, each bottle should provide one month’s supply. 

I suffer from a medical condition, can I still take SleepEase? SleepEase is safe to take with medication, we have also designed it not to cause any problems for people who are suffering from acute medical conditions. Many of our Customers have blood pressure problems, heart problems, diabetes, or any number of other conditions, and we haven’t had a single adverse report of a problem being caused by taking our product.
